All Saints Parish Online Survey

In preparation for the full reopening of the Church to the public now that Covid restrictions are being loosened, the parish executive has assembled an online survey to assist in determining how our Church can best meet the needs of its members, past and present. It is important that your voice be heard if we are to build back better and stronger. The survey can be completely anonymous if you choose to ensure your privacy is respected in expressing your opinion. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete, and the information gathered will be used by parish executive to assist them in developing and implementing changes to future Church services and programming. If you wish to complete a paper version of the survey, you can request a copy by emailing us at allsaintsuoc@mymts.net and we will provide you with one. Assistance is also available should you need help in completing the survey. We are eager to hear from you and ask that the survey be complete as soon as possible. Survey participation will be available for 15 days starting on Friday, April 1st and closing on Friday April 15th. Thank you in advance for your help!
